This was one great holiday weekend. The weather was absolutely glorious (which, lest that be viewed as a gloat by anyone in other parts of the country who had less-than-glorious weather this weekend) we have EARNED after enduring the wettest, dreariest, suckiest spring weather this side of Seattle). We hosted a party for friends who will be moving to town, went to the pool a couple of times, took our new puppy to the park, and toasted marshmallows around the fire pit. We set up long-forgotten yard games (beanbag toss, ladderball) in the backyard and made mojitos. And to cap it off, Amanda and her family stopped by for a visit on their way back to Tennessee. We were thrilled to see Amanda, Brandon and our sweet little friend Mary Charles, and especially to meet precious new baby Collier. We made the kids pose for a picture, of course.

Sounds like an absolutely wonderful time to me...perfect memory making fare! Lovely lovely photo of all the kids...how did you get them all to look so fabulous at the camera at the same time??? You're a rock star with photography.
